Heard these are real hard to come by

Not sure if its true and since the launch of night fall u just never know the value of things NEmore, but I heard that MAX dmg Sunqua blades are a rare find is this true?

Just had this drop and was wondering if anybody may know what she's worth.

Dmg +15% when in stance
Swordsmanship +1(19%)
