Travel to Lions Arch

What missions do i have to complete to be able to travel to Lions Arch?

If your character was born in nightfall you have to at least follow the story line up the quest "the time is nigh" and finish it. Then a NPC in kamadan will offer you a quest along the lines of "chaos in tyria" or something.

OK thanks.... i am trying to get to the second spear rank but i dont have any more quests that will earn me any promotion points.... hmmm.... im not really diggin all this point stuff... i wish it were just mission based in the beginning like prophecies. i'm sure it will get better once i get off this island though?

Quests are not the only way to get your points.

Go out of kanadan, turn left and follow the wall for a bit.

Soon you will see a ressurection shrine with a scout next to it.

Talk to the scout, get the "blessing" and start killing plants for 1 point each.

Tip, there are more scouts with different bonus "blessings" throughout the game

You just have to get to "the time is Nigh , accept reward , then go to see 1st spear (i think,) and go back to the counsil docks to see Mhenlo for asc ,
