1st quest is To Dye for it shows completed but I can't accept the reward.
2nd quest is Missing shipment,I go to the beach and click on the ink shipment and nothing happens. Anyone know if these are bugs?

Havn't tried the dye trader quest yet. But had no problems with the missing shipment.
Make sure you have space in your inventory though.

I didn't have any problem with those; but I got the reward like two hours after Nightfall went live so they may have broke since then.

Turns out you need three flowers, you can get the guy to accecpt one flower and even go as far as showing completed and he will have a reward that you can't accept. I abandoned the quest took it again and got three flowers and every thing worked fine, so this quest definately has a bug.
The second one no matter what I do I can't pick up the ink shipment I have tried retaking the quest to no avail.

Just tried the dye quest myself. had problems and abandoned and tried again by following the above suggestion (picking 3 flowers) and it completed okay. though I still have one flower in my inventory, so it might be that only two flowers are required.

I created a new character yesterday and did the two, but waited as long as possible to get the update. Otherwise I finished the Rune quest with 2 Ink Shipments...

I'll have to try getting more flowers (altho the quest says to go and claim your reward after the first one) but I still can't lift the damn box. So I'm in the same mess as you.

When you get to the flower ..... click on it 3 times .... thus getting 3 flowere , then go back and except reward... (or buy 2 flowers from someone)
