Halloween Related Question

Okay, so, I've been looking over this for days and tried finding a thread where someone mentioned this but no luck.

There is a wall in Kamadan, or was, during the Halloween event that had skeletons on it. What are they supposed to be doing? Dancing? It reminded me of that old cartoon "Skeleton Dance" thing,

But then I was thinking maybe it had something to do with that dancing men code thing, no luck looking there either. So, anyone got any clues? It's really cool but I wanna know if it means SOMETHING. I'll post a screenshot of what I mean if I need to.

I think it was just there for decoration and nothing else.

Yes, based on the semi-Egyptian theme of Elona, I thought it was just a play on the heirolgyphic symbols used in ancient Egypt.

It was pretty neat though.
