PC Zealous Spiked Axe

Uh, hi, I haven't played GW in half a year -until NF came out - and then got this drop while doing an SF farm.

Gold Zealous Spiked Axe of Warding,
6-28 req 9
Damage +15% (when enchanted)

The warding's a +7 perfect.

My friend told me that it'd be a good farming axe, but we've both not played the market lately (I was stunned that the price of superior runes seems to have tanked - ) and so I really can't tell the value of anything anymore.
