Can't make PvP char ? wtf ?

I just bought Nightfall, got 2 new slots, and now i can't make any new pvp only char... :| when i choose PvP-only character it shows me pve char creating panel ... wtf happend ?! :|

they just changed the way you make a character. choose whatever primary you're trying to make, create him, and hit J. That's where the options are. Takes a bit to get used to though.
