Just a quick Question for GW Community!

I was reading a previous post for an idea about Anet hiring a new team, who would work on previous Chapters, and not let them decay, or Die out. They would do this by adding New areas to Example Tyria, like In the Desert on the Peninsula were the Orr died out, or to the Tarnished Coast below the Magnumm Jungle to finish off a rebellion of Invading Druids who have gone mad, Like Elite Missions after one has beaten the game. But this raises problem, Anet has been generous enough not make us pay per month for the game, but that means they have to use there teams to work on new chapters, because that is there only money income, selling games, besides Character Slots(Which Rock). So, this all brings me to this question, Who would pay, lets say 20$ For small expansions of the Normal Continents? Like, the Online Store, Guild Wars Prophecies Expansion: Battle Of the Druids. Or in Cantha GW Factions: Source of the Outcast.

I am pretty sure this has been brought up numerous, if not hundreds of times-and almost every time, most people say yes, so, again,
I'll say yes.

The main reason I play GW and not WoW is because it's such a bargain. It's a great game, and really is very cheap considering no monthly fee. If they ever implemented a monthy fee... well I won't need this forum short-cutted anymore.

I would rather just continue having cheap games. When you think about it, there is really endless amounts of things to do. I'm so far from a lot of my goals in this game I will never reach them probably because I'll always be distracted by something. Here's a list of things I have never even done:

1) Finish Final Assault

2) Defeat Urgoz

3) See the burning forest in Fow

4) Do more than 2 quests in UW

5) Get every skill for my warrior, and all primary skills for all my other characters. (lack of skill points, not so much funds)

6) Do ANY quests out-side the main storyline in factions

7) Play a ritualist or an assassin

I mean... do we really need more content?

maybe, when it comes down to it guild wars is in a bit of a pickle. they cant keep coming out with new games so i guess they could sell true expansion packs like all the other companies.

That's not a bad idea and it would be good for those who finish quickly and get bored, or for someone who doesn't have the other chapters.

I do not believe however that anet is going to add anything else to GWP or GWF. They've got teams probably working on the next two chapters, or at least the one, until they work out all the bugs in Nightfall and then that team will work on the one after the next one.

So, I have to say not signed. I really don't think anyone wants to go back anyway, except to cap an elite or clear some map.

yea when they run out of ideas i think they are gonna do an orr expansion and a 'going north' charr one. I just think that buying an expansion for guild wars is going to be disappointing because im sure you could tear through it in a week judging by the current content/price ratio.

Not want to go back? I Don't agree at all. I wish there was a good reason to go back. New area? New monsters? New competition? New Fun? New Town"s"?

And for The Missions like Urgoz, to me, that mission isn't fun . It's more of a grind than anything. I hate going down there, because everyone gets so worked up about everything. And if your not good enough, you can't get a good group anyways. And the time!? 2 hours, 3 hours, more? and not even a sure chance of success? I don't like that. Doesn't sound like fun, sounds more like boredom, and a grind =(.

Adding extra expansions would take away from the focus on future chapters.

Id have to agree about "going back", theres ALOT of places that could be new areas, look at this map I have (from a website)
