zilch, no inherent mod, not max, and yes, that pretty much makes a pretty common skin like a war hammer unsellable since its used for damage, unlike a caster item.
unless it was an ascalon war hammer (match stick), which could be worth a few k if it has a decent dmg mod and u just forgot to post it. if not, still merchant fodder then.
