i was wondering if this is a pci card because it doesn't say, do htey make the RTI radeon 9250 in a APG or just in a PCI it would help me a lot thanks

the first picture you posted was what looked like an AGP version of a 9250.

Sooo...

Walmart AGP 9250 --> $50

other places PCI 9250 --> $70-$90
