I need a PC on this bow I have it is a:

Sundering Platinum Longbow of Fortitude
Piercing damage 15-28(req 8)
Damage +15% (While Health is above 50%)
Armor -10 (While Attacking)
Health +30
Armor Penetration 20%(20% chance)

any ideas on its worth? Thanks
