Signs and Portants quest triggering not working HELP!!!

I am up to when, after the honurable general quest is complete. You have to talk to Emissary Dajmir in The Astralarium to recieve the Signs and Portants quest in order to continue on with the game because its a main quest. The problem though is that everytime i talk to Emissary Dajmir in The Astralarium he dosen't give me the quest or trigger the start of the quest instead he just says how proud he is to be in the acadamy etc.... Does anyone else seem to be having this problem please im desprate and i want to continue on withthe game


Im a deverish at level 11 i am a sunspear captain.

Have you tried adding Koss to your party? I think(?) this quest requires him to be involved. Try checking the quest log.

for some reason i dont have the hero koss, i only have the hero Dunkoro
and for some reason i dont have the quest in my log because i can't start it.
Emissary Dajmir in The Astralarium who gives the quest wont give it to me instead he tlaks about how proud he is to be in the acadamy etc.....

It is literally impossible for you to not have Koss. Add him to your party.

Im telling you for some reason he is not in my party or hero list so where do i get him if i need him
