i know it sounds kinda stupid but i bought a radiant insignia and i have no clue how to use it. i tried to add it to my armor and it doesnt work. can anyone help??

It only works on Nightfall armor.

Radiant insignia is the same as having an armor with built in + energy in it like:

Gladiator's for wars
Druids's for rangers
Enchanter's for mesmer
Ascetic tatoos for monks
etc. etc.
