hi all i have a mesmer like mostly everyone reading this and when i saw the monk 135 solo build i thought... why not mix that with the me/mo IW scythe weilder...

mantra of resolve (can be taken out when facing foes that dont interrupt [or if your confident])

Power return (to interrupt but not needed when faciing foes that dont heal themselves or hurt you much [or if your confident])
TEH ATTRIBUTES
8 healing prayers
10 protection prayers
9 fast casting
3 domination magic
3 inspiration magic
15 illusion magic
TEH ARMOUR
5 pieces of 60AL armour (headgear must be illusion) it doesnt matter what type but i'd use + energy one. THEY MUST HAVE 5 SUPERIOR RUNES ON THEM!
TEH WEAPON
a scythe with +30 health and 20% enchanting
well there you go yourset for killing
oh and i havent tested it yet cos i havent got IW or nightfall but i will once i get them. thanks for reading my idea

You can't get 30 hp and 20% enchanting on a single weapon 
It might work, take into account you're only going to have about 5 seconds base of Shield for 10s recharge. I would like to see the results from any of your tests, though.

Wouldnt you still be taking a lot of dmg. I think you would need a pretty high prot to keep the shield on.
Is the shield effect continuous even if u renew it?
By this I mean that the shield wears-off and u recast.
