Mission Shipment Quest

I recieved a quest from Kailona [Rune Trader] called Missing Shipment. It says to find the missing shipment of ink in Plains Of Jarin. I get to the shipment on the ground on the beach, but I cannot do anything & the quest does not update. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? am I supposed to do something to carry out this quest that I am unawere of? I have tried clicking the shipment and nothing happens, I have even abandoned the quest & tried it again, still nothing

Same here..can click the ink all day long, won't pick it up.

I'm having the same problem with my Dervish at the moment. It must be a temporary bug, as I completed it no problem a couple of days ago with a different character.
Also, the 'To Dye For' quest seems to be having a similar problem - it seems that the Dye Trader won't give you your reward at the end, no matter how many times you try to accept it ^^'

yes I noticed the same with "to dye for" lol shows quest complete, but refuses to give quest reward. lol
