Mighty throw needs a minor buff

The paragon spear skill mighty throw needs a minor buff imo. In addition to it's 3 second cast time, there also seems to be a quarter or half second activation delay between clinking on the skill and the skill bar starting. Could anet please either reduce the cast time to 2 seconds or get rid of the activation delay?

I've noticed that too, I seem to end up canceling it by moving half the time ¬.¬

It's a pretty cheap skill with lots of damage though..nice for spiking.

lol i was actually thinking of emailing Anet about this EXACT thing lol. i think its simply a glitch that needs to be fixed... i dont think it was a known part of programming. so anet plz fix the skill
