Is this right?

I read the price guides, and all supporting posts seem to say that prices are staying roughly the same. I don't see how that can be considering the low prices I bought some things at, but here's what I want to sell/pricecheck:

Gold Furious(10%) Chaos Axe of Fortitude(+23)
6-28
+15% in Stance.
Requires 9.


Furious 10-15k
Chaos Req 9 +15(stance) 40-60k

That axe, according to price guides is worth 50-75k?
Currently it glows a sort of pinkish purple(blue and green dye).

Mods do not add extra value to an item. Skin, requirement, and dmge mod are the 3 factors when figuring price. Check the rare skins sticky and figure half of the listed price since it is quite outdated.

My understanding of it is that you can't add the price of the mods and value of the weapon together. The axe in its current form is worth 40-60K guideline price.... if you are lucky enough to find a buyer who wants a chaos axe and plans to put furious 10% on it then you could be looking at the higher price. Of course the guides rae just that and deal with average prices.... so you may be able to sell it for a lot more to the right person.... or not be able to sell it at all.
