PC: Chaos Axe with inscription

Currently it is

Chaos axe req 10
6-28
Inscription: Too much information
14% vs hexed foes
+5 armor

req? new chaos axes aren't worth as much now...

I was wondering that, as the price check sticky didn't seem very updated.

How can it be worthless when you can change the inscription of it 50 million times?
