pc perfect dragon skin staff:)

pc this staff for me plz

Not perfect anymore since you can create triple inherant mod staves.

I thought that all staff can have a total of 4 modifiers (this includes inscriptions/prefix/suffix)..Only difference is that NF can remove all but 1 mod out of 4 but factions and prophecies can only remove 2 out of 4. His staff has 4 perfect mods so it is perfect..Anyway I dont have night falls so I dont know yet ..but It hought that that is how it worked...
