I need tips i get him down to about 1/8th health and i cant do anything from there my whole party just drops dead and we cant lower his health, how do i kill him!!!

The skill he is using is "Impossible Odds".

When he gets low on health, flag your caster henchies away from him - IO only has "nearby" range, so they dont get hit.

Then you are fine.
