Quest Bug Reporting

I've come across a couple of bugs(?) in Elonian quests "To dye for" and "Missing Supplies".

In "Missing Supplies" my Mesmer cannot pick up the supplies. I can see them but can't pick them up.

In "To Dye For" I can't accept the reward completing the mission.

I reported the first issue via the Guild Wars website and got the response that they don't handle that kind of problem. I can't be bothered to report the second as I suspect I'll get the same answer.

Is there somewhere I can report bugs that will take some notice?

I was doing Fool's Luck and I could not find the quest monster at its designated location. Well I did get a white dye while clearing the enemies in that area so I guess it is indeed "fool's" luck quest.

i cant accept my rewar for 'To Dye For' and cannot pick up the shipment of ink from the rune trader mission....

Same 2 quests as well as the primary quest Signs and Portents...I cant examine the wall.
