I know this doesnt 100% fit your discription, but if your looking for a gold prot staff it might be a little difficult to find, ill leave this for you to think about, its close
btw its just a Holy Staff skin and im asking around 60k for it.

energy+10
dmg11-22 (req. 9 divine)
halves casting time of protection spells (20%)
halves skill recharge of spells (20%)
health +30
enchantments last 20% longer
