Hey guys, well im sure you've gotten like a million threads asking "how do i make money" and such...well heres another one. I have tried 55ing. I usually farm the troll cave and get a half-way decent turnout, but lately AoE has been screwed up so now the troll cave is slow. I have also tried the UW and just about never get an ecto. I'm thinkin about running but havent found a decent build yet. The reason I need money is because I am saving up for Primeval armor at the end of Nightfall, which costs a bit under 100k total. (I am a male warrior)
If you have any tips I would be very appreciative, and if you can get me a good running build i would be greatly appreciative. Thanks!

Best way to make money is not to spend any..salvage or merch ALL white/non-max items etc the little bits soon add up plus there is always the chance you will get a gold drop along the way.

I started a new warrior in nightfall. I have made about 35k so far, just by not spending any money. Use a little selfcontroll and you would be amazed by the amount of cash you can save up.

Like random said, you can make quite a lot of money just by playing Nightfall and not spending the money you get.
Other than that, I'd say you should find 1 farm run you're comfortable with, and then stick to it.

Running is most profitable. Doesnt take much time if u think about all those times you've been trying to farm the greens or the time it takes to make a profit off of those chest runs. I think it is a steady income.

Running is too time conusming to be worth looking at, considering the "locked gate" system that is in place in most Factions areas and some NF areas people are not really screaming out for runners. There is plenty of talented runners who can get runs or went out of business.
Look into finding new spots for farming..yes that will require doing something besides soloing for a while.

Just solo FoW or something with a ranger or warrior...I r/me FoW and get 2-4 shards a run along with 2-10k in gold + drops (yes, I did actually have a run this morning that netted me 2 shards and a bunch of stuff that sold altogether for 10k or so)...the whole run takes like 30 minutes or so.

well yea i would like to do that. i tried looking at one of witte was's builds for solo UW and it was nice but i didnt have any luck with it. i think its just something that needs practice but ysee its annoying when i have to pay 1k everytime.

Sounds a bit cryptic admittedly but for example when you start out to make a bankroll you should start whith easy targets, as it was in the olden days trolls, minos etc.
When you have some K´s in your invent focus on more profitable areas like FoW or UW, thats how i started and i bet i wasnt alone.
Also its good training to start whith easier targets and move up, instead of wasting money trying to do something that is too hard (for the moment)

i make 8k around 15 minutes or so (including time it takes to get people) from running people from Copperhammer/Iron Mines/THK to marhans grotto... but that is prophecies so idk if that helps much

Warrior farm *FoW* (not UW, that's insanely hard with a warrior to learn) nets around 5 shards per run + drops & gold (around 45min - 1 hour, hard to make a full run due to spawns). Ranger fow nets around 3 shards per run + drops and gold (around 30-35 minutes per run, very easy because spawns never change other than the running part).

30k in about 30mins + whatever ectos drop (usually 0-1 on a spider cap). Also since i'm the only one doing it at present clients are picked up pretty quickly.
Honestly though, the richest people are those that trade. They get together about 100k buy up some item thats selling low. You gota do research and really know your items. So they buy 100k item and resell it for 100k +30 ecto netting close to 200k profit.
Also people buy unwanted greens and golds for 1k and resell em for 5-10k+. Granted this bores the daylights out of me but it makes the most money the quickest.
Since so many "newbs" do buy their money off ebay they don't really know the price of items and thus can be made to pay dearly for their cheating ways muahahaha, explotation.
(and b4 i get flamed for "its not cheating" its clearly defined by GuildWars as illegal)

There is no "best" way to make money. You have to try several different ways, see what you enjoy doing and what you're really good at. If you enjoy what you do, you'll want to do it more often and for longer periods of time.
Try uw, try FoW, try ettins, try buylow/sellhigh, try chest farming, try presearing black dye farming. There's all kinds of ways. It's all about finding out what you enjoy doing.

With my W/Mo i farmed totem axes getting around 10k for each and about 2-3 a run (approximately 30-40 min) i had a set of 15k armor in a few hours...but since then totems only sell for 5k. But still this is a pretty good way to make some quick money. And if u want me to show u a run PM me IGN D A S Achilles

I usually farm it, but then it gets long and boring, and the green droprate blows. Now with heroes, there's no need for a team... which is good for farming, but bad for PvE factors =/

Haha, Apple hit it on the head. I've turned 10K into 70K in one day by just standing next to storage in a single town. Buy/sell, buy/sell, buy/sell. LOL. I didn't even have to move (the come to me everytime).
