And sword...it does not have perfect dmg mode,i would say 100k max now,probably less,after Nightfall release non perfect items are damn hard to sell(sold hardly req 8,15/-5 brute week ago for that price)

I doubt you will get 100k for the brute, they drop in NF which will lower the price a fair bit.

30kish on brute. I c ppl selling 15^50 req 9 ones for like 100k so prices have severly dropped. The dwavren around 75kish, I think

Lol,dwarven is almost perfect,there are a lot of ppl who dont care is it gold or purple(like me) and who likes its skin,i bough one month ago purple,req 9,14%ench for 160k,and this one is for sure more than 200k
