ive been havinfg this problem for a long time now!! im tired of reinstalling my Gw evry 1.5 weeks and i wanna enjoy Nightfall and i get this and it doent even repair it stops in middle and error comes up which is above!! pls help

I cant help fix this, but have you sent a support ticket to Anet?

Dude not everyone is a programmer... use the support function and send them that exact report. They have people that do this full time and more of an expert than most of us here.
