Outpost icons instead of Mission icons

Please help! I'm having a problem with Mission areas showing up on my map as Outposts. These places include: Pogahn Passage, Kodonur Crossroads, and the Gates of Desolation. I'm also not allowed to engage in these area's missions. I've done everything I've found so far; all primary and secondary quests are complete and I've made the Sunspear Castellan rank. I believe there must be something I missed but I can't find out what or where. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you all in advance!

They dont turn into "mission outposts" til you complete the prerequisites for their missions.

What is the last mission or primary quest you did?

The last quest i remember doing was the Dejarin Estate where I helped Koss's father get back his land via a 4 part quest. There must be someone out in the woods with a green exclamation mark over his head waiting for me.....problem is: where?

I guess it's official now........I must be a noob. I found the guy with the essential quest. He was Dockmaster Ahlaro in Kamadan. From him I got the quest to Vabbi. Everything is cool now. Thanks for the suggestions!
