
Here is the original build by Narutoscryed:
Mo/Mes - Standard "55" build but with no -50 offhand but with a +30 offhand.
You NEED: A one handed weapon with +20% enchantment last longer, you also would need a +30 health offhand (A collector in Rankor, Marketplace and the Crystal Desert have one)
Protective Spirit - For XX seconds you cannot loose more than 10% from one hit. [Used to reduce damage to 10]
- Shield of Absorption - (Below) [For reducing damage to 0]
- Mantra of Resolve - For 30-78 seconds you cannot be interupted, but each time you would have been interupted you lose 10-5 Energy or Mantra of Resolve Ends. [Is very nice to avoid those intrups]
- Blessed Signet - For each enchantment you are maintaining, you gain 3 energy, maximum 3-20. [For faster energy gain]
- Shield of Judgment [E] - For 8-20 seconds, anyone striking target ally with an attack is knocked down and suffers 5-50 damage. [Damage but this is optional]
- Balthazar's Spirit - While you maintain this enchantment, target ally gains adrenaline and energy after taking damage. In addition to the initial energy cost, you also lose 1 point of energy regeneration while the enchantment is in effect. [Energy Management]
- Blessed Aura - While you maintain this enchantment, other monk enchantments you cast last 10%-30% longer than normal. [You must have it, raises SoA from 7 seconds to 10-11]
- Mending - While you maintain this enchantment, target ally gains health regeneration of +1-3. In addition to the initial energy cost, you also lose 1 point of energy regeneration while the enchantment is in effect. [For that little damage you get before SoA reduces damage to 0, this is very optional, maybe for healing breeze incase of degen]
*Shield of Absopsion reduces damage +5 per hit: so first hit is going to be 10 with PS, second 5-8 somwhere around there, and usually next one is 0 dmg.

You can remove Blessed Signet, SoJ, and Mantra of Resolve for anything you might like, Narutoscryed also suggested (and so do I) that you use highest armor can you get, because if SoA somehow gets intrupted you are as low as 10 seconds or as high as 50 seconds downtime.

[Invinciabsorption-IW]
This build I came up with myself <-- It is based off IW mesmer, obviously.
You need:Illusionary Weaponary[E] PS SoA Mantra of Resolve (use it where intruption is heavy)

Optional(Mending for those small hits) Balthazar's Spirit Blessed Aura. Well FIRST One of your optional's HAS to be Healing Breeze if your in a degen area, One of the best COMBO's for degen heavy areas is HB+Mending+Watchful Spirit, works great! You can solo many bosses with this build! Here are the attribute stats: (KEEP in mind that if SoA is not active for a few seconds its ok you wont die instantly you will need about 13 hits to die after it ends)
Protection: 14, Divine:12, 12 Illusion, You can put the rest Into Healing, since most area's how at least a little bit of degen.
[Duel UW]
You can duel UW with this monk and a Famine ranger; but instead of Blessed Signet, SoJ, and MoR, you can use Ancestor's Visage, Sympathetic Visage and Spell Breaker[E]. You can also have the ranger cast Mending or Balthazar's Spirit on you and you can replace your BS with Essence Bond for more energy if you would like. *NOTE: You will be taking 200+ damage at a time from the black cows so I suggest (thank you Bloodied for suggesting it) to take Spirit Bond (or HB,Mending+WS) to wait out the time it takes SoA to bring damage to 0.
[Solo TONS of bosses]
For those more experienced players (and the lucky ones) this build works GREAT and its very fast! I would like to thank Kess for suggesting Glyph of Renewal (and reminding me to post this)
Your basic set up, with 12 Earth Magic, 12 Divine, Protection 14 <-- YOU CAN make it less for more into Mending and HB, since a few hits won't kill you instantly and the points you put into healing will make up for the damage. Here is the build itself:PS - Life line SoA - Obviously, life line. Sliver Armor - Main damage. Glyph of Concentration - ONLY for those intruption areas like ghail, in OTHER cases use Watchfull spirit. Glyph of Renewal[E] - Since GoC^ works with 2 spells you can cast this with Sliver Armor to get those bosses that take a little more time than usual to kill, You can also use Spell Breaker for areas with Dis-Enchantments or with heavy heavy degen. [If you are really in bad degen use Healing Breeze]* Baltharzar's Spirit - Energy Blessed Aura - Make SoA longer. Mending - Regen for that little degen. **Keep in mind Mending + Watchfull Spririt + Healing breeze will defend you from degen!
Healing Breeze can be replaced with Gylph of Concentration for example: Ghial, that have intrupt mesmers around him.
It can be used against almost anyboss that has enough people around him, and has no de-enchantments. Don't FORGET: I heard a rumor somewhere that if you attack a meele boss he won't flee from you?
