Unable to Continue Primary Quest

Well, I'm on the Primary story quest "Mysterious Message" (I think that's what it's called) and I can't accept the reward.

I went out to the area where you watch the cutscene with the Master of Whispers and Margrid, and after they stopped talking I saw the exclamation mark over the Whispers Adept's head. But then something came up and I had to quit the game real fast, without talking to him to get the reward. Now, when I go out to Jahai Bluffs to the Monument of Palawa's defeat, there's no one there.

As far as I know, there's no way to continue the storyline without getting the next primary quest, and I'm assuming I can't do that with no one there.

Has anyone run into this problem and/or found a solution? Help? ....Please?

abandon the quest and Lornai, at Sunspear Sanctuary, should have the quest for you again


for other people that have done the quest (after Crossroads mission),
its easy to get stuck -- if you dont talk to Magrid or Whispers after completing their side quest

if you left the area without talking to them to get their next quest, you need to find them again or you wont have any primary quest
