Where can I cap this besides the Garden by the Bazaar?

if u have nighfallen garden, ask some1 that has the garden in normal state to go with u.. try to find some1 at tihark orchard, should be the best place to look.

I ran into the same problem. once I beat the game it returned to normal.
Also, It's the only place I know where you can cap it.

(and the way to reach it!)

Start from the quest city, from the west side, and enter the near portal to the north; then follow the red circuit
