I do not believe that a hero can only have up to 15 attribute max. How come heroes doesnt have those Head piece with +1 Attribute??? How do you max it out on 16....
The +1 attribute will boost whichever rune you put on the headpiece. So if you place a Death Magic rune on the headpiece, the item attribute will become Death Magic +1.
