I am doing a Quest called The Dejarin estate. Here, I must complete four mini quests. I have done the first two, but I cant figure out where to start the next one.
Is it because I am only a Sunspear Commander?

The Young Lady Vanishes is collected in the estate via another NPC forgot his name you then go east with him over the water ( you need KOS btw ) the rest is pretty much easy ( hint when you reach the end of the quest make sure she catches you up and the quest clears before you go into town )

The quest giver (the hobo) is outside pogahn passage when you enter dejarin estate, it didnt show up till i did the first quest. good luck
