I think the bloodstained boots shorten the cast time of skills that target corpses (Minion master friendly).

This is kind of a tradeoff of 10AL -AL vs holy and +15 AL vs piercing. You get the increased speed but less AL on your feet.

Bloodstained Boot aren't broken per se, but the condition that activates them does not exist. They only work on corpse spells with casting times over 4 (maybe 5) seconds long.

And the punchline is: There are no corpse spells like that.

Hmmmm. I just had an idea guys.....

Take a MM Necro wearing BSB
Hex the necro with Arcane Conundrum or Migraine
Now try raising a minion.
Does it take 6 seconds or 5?

What about Resurrect, Rebirth, etc? They do target corpses, right? Or do I just not remember the boots specifying enemy corpses?

Theres a slight difference in casting minions but the look of the boots going with other armor isn't even worth it. I also tried ressing someone with the boots, but I didn't notice a difference at all.

I'm not sure if bloodstained boots would speed up casting times of wells while under migraine/arcane conundrum, but it seems logical to assume that it would. Maybe someone wants to give this a try?
