An alliance mate of mine came up with this build.

Basically we have one person who is the infuser and 7 other people who are packing loads of enchantments. Everyone puts their enchantments on the infuser, and the ranger drops Fertile season and Symbosis (which increases the amount of health with enchantments). When everything is ready, the infuser infuses another person, who has aura of faith and life attunment on them.
I ran a few numbers:
480 basic health
+ 60 from a staff
+ 50 from sup vigor
+ 211 from vital blessing
+ 184 from vital weapon
+ 370 from fertile season
+ 176 from demonic flesh
+ 158*44 from symbosis and number of enchantments
= 8483 health
Infusing:
4242 health (half health)
+ 134% from infuse health
+ 152% from aura of faith
+ 152% from life attunement
= 10,096 health healed!!!
So, we finally got together and did this using heroes, and this was the preliminary result. Since it was only with heroes, we couldn't coordinate all the enchants being on him at once very well.

With all the new Nightfall stuff and whatnot and real people, our next attempt will be much better
