Try exploring the topright of the map and get to worm city.

Think like prophecies in such that, alot of walkign is involved for those "side areas".
I found quite a few side town that not many people were in (think port sledge from prophecies).
Or
The path to Lions to sanctum cay past Rotwing. Boy that one is fun. Made a few plat doing that one with my WAMMO :P
Funny thing is, i've only found 1 elite for necro so far, and everythign else for all the other classes.
