Shagu's Anthem

wonder if anyone can give me an idea what this shield is worth? i havent seen it listed anywhere! the stats are: Health +30, recieved damage -5 (20%) and req. 9 command.

I'd post this up to Nightfall Green item thread that's hanging here. Too early to give any hints about the price.
