Does Nightfall have a chat center?

Because of Kamadan's location as both the first major city AND Elona's foreign port city, I don't think it gets to be the chat center for Nightfall like Shing Jea was for Factions and, to a lesser extent, Ascalon City for Prophecies (techinically Pre-Searing Ascalon is more of the chat place for that campaign).

Maybe it would be possible to put an RP district in Kamadon? There is way too much trade / wts / wtb spam for a starter city for my tastes. Kodash Bazaar seems to be a better place to chat than Kamadon at the moment.

It looks like, from the POV of someone still in the earlier stages of the game, that the Sunspear Santuary is a bit of a gathering place for chatting.

Nah, too much "wot i do now?" spam.
There's always Beknur Harbour, south of Champion's Dawn, or Kodlonu Hamlet, east of Beknur, but they are Higher level outposts.

grotto is a chat room in chap one. factions i would have to say switch to ally chat for chat.
