Well a few minutes ago I just got unbanned and I soon as I delete my character with my bad name I make a new one

AND THIS POPS UP AND I HAVENT BEEN ON FOR 24HOURS!

Maybe the time you were banned didn't count, and before you got banned you were making too much characters?
