Dervish and Paragon Celestial Skills

Well, it turns out that Dervishes get Celestial Summoning, the same as Ritualists. Has anyone gotten a Paragon far enough to see their Celestial Skill?

It's only available in 2 missions, Raisu Palace and Imperial Sanctum.
You talk to the Dragon to get the skill and they only work in those missions. No where else.
It also states that you can get the skills in some explorable areas where Kuunavang is. I don't know these locations.
