whats the point about insignias?

Yeah, whats the point of it? just to let you spend even more money for your armors?

Because, if I am not wrong, in Factions, you could too choose an skin art armor then choose his stats.

So... what is the point of insignias? if in Factions you could already do that...

This way u can change ur armours stats without having to craft new armour even in factions u had to craft more armour if u got out of favor with ur armour stats eg. Wanting to change +energy armour for + health armour cause ur newer build doesnt require as much energy

yeah, that way I could find it usefull, but... isnt the cost of insignias too HIGH ? besides, the usefull ones are a very rare drop ...

Dont worry the prices are bound to come down, there only higher atm because there new and all those rich people out there are buying them all up, hence increasing the demand for a currently limited supply

It'll be like Amber/Jadeite was at the start of Factions, once everyones got them it'll be sorted, admittedly I did buy quite a few Bloodstained ones as soon as I saw them appear as me and a friend both have 3 sets of NF Armour and theres a couple of new people I know and I try to help them out whenever possible, also saves wearing the old boots when we do MM, although you do see what the popular sets are per class judging by the fact that MM ones shot through the roof, just glad Tormentors and the other sets are still reasonably cheap and Undertakers is certainly handy for my Sac Build as my health goes up and down like a yoyo

Hope they do this for the FoW sets as well seeing as thats not exactly cheap to swap about if you decide to change your build, but mines a mixture I can use on all my builds anyway so I wont be upset if it doesnt get applied to the existing people with it, although it should if you have all 3 campaigns or NF with either Prop/Factions as all the Tyrian/Canthan Rune Traders have them in stock the way the storage upgrade applied if you owned Factions.

Havent tried it on my FoW so if they already apply then great (anyone tried?), if not it should .

I would also very much like to know about FoW armos.. I hit Forgemaster last night for the first time since NF release, and I saw that you could buy a 'clean' set of armor (just as expensive as all the others, unlike normal blank armors). Maybe this has always been the case, but I never noticed before... does anyone know if this armor can take inscriptions? Or if you can change other FoW armors with inscriptions?

You can also get stats on armor that you weren't privvy to before. Assassin's condition removal on Warriors now? Thanks! Ability to lower hex duration for any class or put it on another peice of armor besides that lieutenant's helm? Extra big thanks!

You ask the point, the cost of them has nothing to do with the point. The usefulness of being able to switch out stats on a set of armor whose look you like is the point. Cost is a community created and controlled variable.

I have also not found any insignias to be any more rare than others, if they were they would be a different color in the rune trader list.
