Problems Getting The Blacktide Den Mission!!!

Hi, I am really kinda hoping someone can help me out. I have completed all the quests I can find(i think), Completed both Chahbek Village and Jokanur Diggings missions. But for some really annoying and unknown reason I cant get the Blacktide Den mission . Does anyone out there have any ideas as to where I am going wrong. My Character is a Nightfall one not a Tyria or Canthan.

you have to complete these missions to get to blacktide ..

Isle of the Dead → Bad Tide Rising → Special Delivery → Big News, Small Package → Following the Trail
