If your looking and LCD's, consider wide screen (16x9 ratio) and the lower the lcd response time (measured in ms) the better.
You want digital dvi hookups vs analog connectors.

It does have some draw back, it only goes up to 1680x1050 resolution but on the flip side it is wide screen, has a 5ms response time, supports dvi hdcp copy protection (future blueray/hd playback if you have video card that support it) and is under $300.
Playing GW in 1680x1050 (wide screen) just rocks
