Great find, I was looking all over for this.

yeah, it's lovely it's not found for melee, but it's a pian for skillhunters, Same with Extend Conditions(Me) and Hidden Calthrops (A) They have to be in the game as A-net would have put them in together with Crippling Slash if they weren't

Extend Conditions and Calthrops have been found

Extend Conditions in marga coast near burning arrow boss (exit from haven and go west).
Hidden Calthrops in the floodplanes, exit crossroads (I believe) and head east hugging the south wall.
