Glass Arrows? or Melandrus Arrows?

Which skill do you think is better? Glass Arrows or Melandrus Arrows.

Two elite ranger preperations that are simalar.

Glass Arrows: always gives a moderate bonus to hit and causes bleeding on critical hits only.

Melandrus Arrows: cause a large bonus to hit only on enchanted foes and always causes bleeding.

What do you guys think? Personally i prefer Glass Arrows because not always is someone enchanted and the all the time bonus does help.

Melandru's definitely. I think Glass arrows only applies bleeding if it is blocked. Melandru's applies bleeding to enchanted foes. Enchantments are easier to rely on the enemies having than blocking skills.
