Is there an outpost in NightFall similar to the Ember Light Camp where you can get all the skills in the game which are non elite? If so, what's the name of the outpost?

I would also like to print out all the skills for the different professions so I can check them out offline. Does anyone know of any sites that offer a nice printable version of all the available skills?

Wiki is your best choice but due to the mass amounts of new content hits/alterations concerning NF it's being a bit slow lately

Any other site that has a printer friendly version of all the skills or is wiki the best?

I doubt that GuildWiki has a complete printable list of NF skills, however, they do have printable skill lists for every profession.
