How do you enter dasha vestibule after beating game

So like, the title says it, how DO you get into Dasha Vestibule AFTER beating the game with master of whispers/norgu path? I've unlocked the heroes and done prior missions. I've even tried going out to halls of Chohkin to see if I can pick up the quests there...

Edit: nevermind, wiki ftw only took 20 minutes though
