pc TRIBAL shield.. (NOT the paragon version!)

any of you know this shield already? i know the paragon tribal shield but thats totally different. this is the first warrior tribal ive seen.. any ideas if this is going to ba a rare skin?

Blue & Purple ones have dropped for me couple times so it's not very rare skin, uncommon perhaps.

I wouldn't expect to get much out of it, won't say more precise price since I don't have clear picture of NF items yet though.
