in order to get the spear and the Scythe just go in a town and type /bonusitems that should do it. Your new weapons and a shield will appear in your bag.

No they are still available, just created another character yesterday and the weapons are still showing up.

bonus items from any chapter will always be available.
you can still the ones from ch1 before guild wars was out.

you can also use /preorder

Yes, I get a staff, daggers, scythe and spear whenever I do the /preorder keyin. Why would they ever go away?
