Skill merchant in elona

Hello i wanted to ask if there is a skill merchant who has all skills in elona...

Try Zendeht in Gates of Torment.

From what I have seen, the skill system is similar to that of early Tyria. That being said,and if that is the case,near the end of the game all the skills will be available by the 15th mission,give or take.

I am assuming,so maybe someone else can be more specific.

If you're just looking for specific skills, unlock them with faction of balthazar, and the skills will appear at all skill trainers in Elona.

I think the skill trainer in the Realm of Torment is like that of Tyria's Ember Light Camp.
