Anymore Unconditional +%dmg mods?

The legendary +% dmg unconditonal mod

I was wondering if there were any of them floating around. I know they dropped (very rarely) in the first months of Guil Wars Prophecies. I'm pretty sure they don't drop anymore (i think Anet should have them drop again, mabey make it insanley low drop (1 a week mabey lol)). So i was wondering if there were any out there.

There are some - I know of a 15% short sword, a 14% hammer and a 14% bow
