i doubt u know this...but just becuase it drops in NF, doesnt mean it can be inscribed...if the skin is in one of the older games...it cannot be inscribed. Just trying to say u money
err, to my knowledge, even though i dont have NF, all items in NF can be inscribed, and yes, that includes Dragons Breath Wand, as i just PC'd one a few days ago (with pic, with inscription) on the PC forum. same with Long Swords, Gemstone Axes, Holy Branches, etc... just FYI :-)
