Welcome to Cantha? (for Nightfallers)

I wanted to start exploring Cantha with my Nightfall character. According to GuildWiki (link) you need to speak to Dockhand Quangnai in Kaineng Docks to get your first primary quest on Cantha mainland - but it doesnt work for me (it worked for all my Tyria's characters).

Anyone knows where do Nightfall characters start their primary adventure on Cantha?

You should have it already... it's called "Welcome to Cantha", and involves you meeting with Mhenlo and company in Bukdek Byway. You should have it if you've followed the quest that takes you to Cantha closely.

I traveled to Cantha by talking with Mhenlo in Consulate Docks. But now Dockhand Quangnai doesnt have "!" above head for me.

You should have to just go out into the Bukdek Byway and see Mehnlo. It basically works much like the Tyria->Cantha change. You end up in the Vizunah Foreign Quarter.

Managed Masters first try with my GF and our 6 heroes in that one..

Thats strange then...

I dont have "Welcome to Cantha" quest, so there is no Mhenlo and his team in Bukdek Byway for me...

I have NO PRIMARY quest at the moment (I've finished NF campaign)

On GuildWiki page there is note:

OK, case closed (i think) - I was angry/bored and after traveling "a few more times" from Elona to Cantha, "!" suddenly appeared...
